I have also used their online chat option and found that they were willing to assist me with whatever issue I had. I really came to appreciate Hostgator when I found that someone was plagiarizing my blog. I called Hostgator and they walked me through the process of filing a complaint. They were able to pull the plagiarized content off the web. I have heard many horror stories of people who have been plagiarized and how they weren’t able to do anything about it.
